"Setup was easier than I expected"
I was a little nervous setting it up because I didn’t want to mess anything up or miss a step, but it ended up being straightforward. The app walked me through most of it, and the one small hiccup I ran into was easy to fix. So far it’s been working great, which is a relief

"Support used to be quicker"
I had to reach out to Wagz support because my collar wasn’t syncing right. They did get back to me, and the person I talked to was nice, but it definitely took longer than I expected to get an actual answer.
It did get sorted out eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just feel like their support used to be a bit faster and smoother, and this time there was more back and forth than I would’ve liked.

"Pretty easy once I got the hang of it"
It took me a minute to figure things out, and I was wondering if I was just missing something obvious, but once I got going the app worked smoothly.

"Shipping was kind of slow, but the return was okay"
So, yeah, the shipping took longer than I was expecting, which was a little annoying. The return process also took a bit, but it was okay overall and got handled in the end.

"I’ve been really impressed with how well this..."
I’ve been really impressed with how well this tracks my dog. Even when he’s running around in the woods behind our place, it shows his location pretty much spot on. Weirdly, I remember checking it once while he was sniffing around this old tree stump with a busted lawn chair next to it, and the app had him right there. So far, it’s been really reliable.

"Honestly, this virtual fence surprised me"
I set this up around our yard, and I’ll be honest, I was fully expecting it to be a whole annoying process because stuff like this usually is. But my dog picked it up quickly, and it’s actually been keeping him in really well. No random glitches, no weird behavior, no constant fiddling with it every five minutes. For once, something worked basically the way it said it would, which feels rare.

"Decent, but the fit could be better"
I got a Wagz collar for my dog, and it’s been okay overall. It just took a few tries to get the fit right, and even now it still feels a little bulky on him.
Durability has been kind of hit or miss. It’s held up fine for regular walks and some rough play, but the strap already looks a bit worn after a few weeks. Not bad, just not as sturdy as I expected.

"I’ve been impressed with how..."
I’ve been impressed with how long my dog’s collar battery lasts. It easily goes a few days, and I’ve forgotten to charge it more than once and it was still fine. That said, I do still get a little nervous about it dying when I’m not paying attention, so I try not to push it too much.

"Totally worth the monthly cost"
I’ve been using Wagz for a few months now, it feels worth the money. I don’t stress as much when my dog is outside doing his usual little dumbass adventures, and the app has been easy to figure out. For what it costs each month, I’m happy with it.

"Works most days, but frustrates me sometimes"
The collar does what it’s supposed to do most of the time, but it randomly disconnects here and there. It’s frustrating because I feel kind of trapped having to keep checking on it instead of just trusting it to work.
